Returns, Refunds and Replacements
At EasyShopping, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products and logistics model, the following conditions apply.
We are committed to ensuring that all products meet the standards of quality and reliability expected by our customers.
However, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind after receiving the product. We encourage customers to carefully consider their purchase to ensure it meets their needs and expectations.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Return Period
We accept return requests within 2 days after delivery of the product.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required, such as an order number or receipt. You must contact us before returning any item.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used items.
- Items damaged by the customer.
- Sale or promotional items.
- Personal use or hygiene products.
- Change of mind after receiving the product.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or other evidence. We will assess the case and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing may take 5 to 10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
Important Delivery Address Information
Please carefully verify your name, address, postal code, and all delivery details before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays, losses, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Undelivered Orders or Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect information provided by the customer or failure to collect the package within the timeframe established by the carrier. Refunds are not guaranteed in these cases.
Delivered Packages
We are not responsible for packages that have been officially marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided by the customer.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within the first 8 hours after purchase. After that time, the order may already have been processed and cannot be cancelled.
